1.High pop test

Element will work at 1500Volt /2mAmpere /1Second,in order to look electrical strength as well as insulation condition.

2.Go to measure the resistance between heating wire and earth,if this data is big,we can insure there isn’t current be leaked into earth.In another words,product insulation is good.

Firstly,we prepare the resistance measure tools.

Secondly,let “+” connect heating wire,also,let “-“connect earth.

Thirdly,start measure resistance

3.Strictly measure the resistance in a direct current circuit via tool.

At first,we have to find the right direct current circuit,for example

Secondly,measure the above resistance data by tool.

Thirdly,compare it with the customer required resistance.
